Membership
Thank you for your interest in Ohio FOPA membership.
You must either live or work in Ohio to be eligible to apply. Attached
to this page is our member application. You are encouraged to fill
it out online and print it out on your printer, or print it and
fill it out manually. Please read the application for additional
criteria that must be met for membership eligibility.

Refer to the Reaching
Us page to find a local lodge closest to your home or business
location. Before submitting your application, please email or
write to the lodge of your choice. Each local FOPA lodge
charges a different yearly membership fee. Submitting the correct fee will speed your
application and avoid any confusion. Sponsors from law enforcement
are encouraged, but not mandatory for approval.

Ohio FOPA members who are residents
in Ohio are eligible to purchase the special FOPA Ohio license
plates for a nominal fee. Please see our Support or Links section
for further details. By joining your local FOPA lodge, you are
supporting your local law enforcement community. Please consider
joining today!
